Pitcher & Catcher Six Week Progression Baseball Camp
(You select your start date and attend the next six weeks)

Sessions begin November 6, 2011 and end February 26, 2012
November 6, 13, 20, 27/December 4, 11, 18
January 8, 15, 22, 29/February 5, 12, 29, 26

Ages 6-12: 1 P.M. – 2 P.M. Ages 13- Seniors: 2 P.M. – 3 P.M.

Proper Warm-up Block & Receiving
Improve Pitching Delivery Stance
Windup Mechanics Framing
Control Throwing (Time Throws)
Fastball Grips Handling Pop Up’s
Increase Velocity Calling a game
*Catchers need to bring own equipment.

*$20 each session per player * Six Pitching Session $90 * Six Catching Session $90
